Main functionalities of Nagarro + MBIS Export Package

With Nagarro + MBIS Export Package, by using the necessary data from the export order, shipment and invoicing documents in SAP® system, an export file is created together with the entry of the declaration information on a single screen and the documents related to the export are taken based on this file.

Later determined actual freight and insurance values can be reported by manually entering into the system, and container transactions and incentives can be tracked on the vehicle tracking screen.

With the Nagarro + MBIS Export Package solution, the declaration tracking, "redress" transactions and letter of credit can be easily tracked.

In addition to these, the Nagarro + MBIS Export Package has the following functions:

  • Tracking export files in SAP® system
  • Tracking of Customs Clearance Declaration information based on export files
  • Vehicle information can be entered collectively for export files
  • Making Eximbank credit limit entries
  • Automatic determination of the amounts based on GTIP number for the creation of the Inward Processing Permit Certificate and the export file
  • Tracking of actual freight and insurance based on export files

Some features of the export package can be listed as follows:

  • The Export Package can work on SAP® ECC and S/4HANA ERP systems.
  • The Export package can be adapted and maintained in accordance with the process requirements.
